A “Resetting to factory defaults” message will appear, the system will turn off and the screen will go blank. It may take a few minutes for the system to reset and .... I have had to reboot the Touch twice already, it either freezes up, or blanks out ... then went blank and after driving around Sat and most of Sunday the screen came back ... My advice to anyone considering a Ford Sync/MyTouch vehicle is wait.. Feb 5, 2021 — Any Ford engineers on here that can tell me how to reset the screen?? ... hoping one of them might reset Sync or the screen or something. ... When I go to then switch gears to drive or some other gear it goes back to black. 939c2ea5af
